Ziad Abou Jamra

With over 15 years of experience in financial management and operational transformation, Ziad combines deep industry knowledge with practical solutions. Having worked with one of the Big 4 consulting and auditing firms, he brings world-class expertise to every client engagement.

From implementing ERP systems like Odoo and SAP to optimizing cash flow and budgeting processes, Ziad has a proven track record of driving efficiency across industries such as construction, IT, and manufacturing.

Dr. Ramzi Oweis

With over 20 years of international experience, Dr. Ramzi Oweis is a certified auditor specializing in tax advisory, financial consulting, and fraud investigation.

Having worked extensively in the Middle East and Canada, he supports police and courts as a certified fraud investigator and shares his knowledge as a university lecturer.

His academic achievements, including Master’s degrees in Demography and Economics and a doctorate in Business Administration, reflect his ability to blend theoretical expertise with practical application

Dr. Oweis is also a licensed mental health coach, offering a unique perspective to guide individuals and organizations in achieving their goals with clarity and resilience.

Dr. Yamen Nissi

Dr. Yamen Nissi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble School of Management (GEM) and a Master's in Marketing and Management from the American University of Technology. He also earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Notre Dame University (NDU), a Certificate in Research Management Sciences from GEM, and a Certificate in Financial Markets from Yale University. Dr. Yamen is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has published widely in management, marketing, innovation, technology, and supply chain management.

With over 5 years in academia, Dr. Yamen is an Assistant Professor at Australian University in Kuwait and an adjunct professor at Modern University of Business and Science in Lebanon and Cardiff Met University in the UK. He also brings 14 years of corporate experience, having held key roles such as Vice President of Wealth Division at KAMCO Invest, Senior Manager at Gulf Bank of Kuwait, and Senior Team Leader at Ahli United Bank of Kuwait (AUB).
